Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 4/12/2025 Applies To: All in-person and mobile services including spiritual guidance, tarot readings, and holistic offerings. 🏠 In-Home Appointments We provide mobile services directly to your home. To ensure a respectful, safe, and productive environment, we ask that: Your space is ready: Please provide a clean, reasonably quiet area free from major distractions (TV, loud pets, etc.). Limit guests: For individual sessions (spiritual or organizational), we ask that only the client is present unless previously arranged. Shared sessions: For group readings or multi-person projects, arrangements must be discussed during booking. 🗓️ Scheduling & Cancellations Booking: Sessions must be booked at least 24–48 hours in advance. Cancellations or Rescheduling: Must be done with at least 24 hours' notice. 🚗 Travel & Service Area We serve clients in Nampa and the Treasure Valley Area. A travel fee may apply for locations outside a 10-mile radius. For locations that are remote, difficult to access, or high-risk, we reserve the right to offer a virtual alternative or decline service. 💵 Payment & Pricing Payment Methods: We accept Card, Cash, Cash App, or PayPal. Balance Due: Balance must be paid at the time of the session. Package Rates: Discounted rates are available for multi-session or bundled services. ⚠️ Safety, Respect & Professionalism We operate with the highest respect for your space, energy, and time, and ask for the same in return. We reserve the right to decline service if: The environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or hostile. The client is under the influence of drugs/alcohol. Harassment or inappropriate behavior occurs. Children and pets should be safely managed during visits unless the service is specifically for them. 🔒 Confidentiality All sessions are 100% confidential.
